• Prim Limits and Area

            All rentals must remain within their designated limit and within their rental area. If you're found to be over your limit or your items are obstructing public areas. D18 reserves the right to return items until you're within your limit and will not be held accountable for any lost or damaged items. If players continue to exceed their limits despite warnings, they risk eviction without refund.

• First Come First Serve

            We do not hold or reserve rentals, if your rental becomes overdue and another player pays it. Your items will be returned and the new renter will be given the spot. Rental boxes are located in the spawn area for easy access to pay and find open rentals.

• Lag and Scripts

            Due to lag issues on sim, renters are asked to keep scripted furniture to a minimum for only needed items. If any furniture or props are found to be exceedingly laggy, you will be asked to remove scripts from the item or to remove the item from your rental.

• No Breedables / Animated Pets

            No scripted pets of any kind, they create severe lag and often get lost due to lag. Even pets set to inactive mode are not permitted as their scripts are still active.

• Security Orbs

            No Security orbs or items that will interact negatively with roleplayers. All rentals are located in public areas, using any tools to kick or push players will result in an eviction with no refund.

• Sound Pollution

            No items that create excessive noise, if it creates noise further than 5 meters, it is not permitted.

• Light Pollution​​

            Many objects in SecondLife emit light that could conflict with the lights and assets in the sim or in other rentals. Please be sure to turn down the RADIUS of the light under the object's "feature" tab when you are modifying it. If the object is no modify, then keep the lights off.

• Chat Range and OOC

            Chat range is within 20 meters of a speaker, and rentals are within 20 meters of IC public areas. Please keep this in mind and keep OOC to PMs and private conferences.

• In Theme

            All rentals must appear in theme to the sim, any rental found to be out of theme will be removed.

Please contact Skula Resident in regards to rental situations. Any staff member is able to invite new residents to the landgroup.
