    Using the miracles of medical science, humans have sought to extend their lives and their pleasures by ways of cybernetic and organic augments. Replacing parts of their bodies with Cybernetic Enhancements and Clone grown parts, they've been able to vastly improve their lives, though causing them to lean heavily on Clone Farms and Cybernetics.

    From replacing limbs and organs to getting pigment treatment to turn themselves all the colors of the rainbow, Variants vary widely in looks and style, hence their name. Sometimes they can even be mistaken as Synth or Clone (2a.), given if they've been put into an all synth or clone body. With the passing of natural born laws these citizens rely heavily on ID Chips, implanted at the back of the right ear, that hold the identifier of their Natural Born status.

• 1a. Cyborg is someone who leans more towards Cybernetic augments, Modder is someone who uses both Cybernetic and Organic augments, Skinner is someone who uses mainly Organic augments. Organic augments being cloned material.

• 2a. Variants like all other races possess an ID chip implanted behind the right ear that can be scanned to prove their 'Natural Born' Status.

• Legal Standing: Variants fall under the Natural Born policy and enjoy common freedoms.

 

• Physical Markers: Variants are the 'catch all' race, they can look like anything from a human to a synth depending on their modifications.

        

• Cybernetic/Organic Mods: Variants have various internal and external modifications, either surgical or cybernetic. Ranging from specially cloned and modified parts to cybernetic augments of varying quality.

    Note: Animal'esque tails and ears cannot be organic and must be of cybernetic origin. They must be entirely metallic in                        appearance and are nothing more than fashion statements. They are not permanent parts of the character's body.

• Variants are weak to EMP and Ionic Pulse attacks, stunned for a 1 post Duration.
